Jeff Bradford |

Jeff Bradford, president
Jeff Bradford has been dedicated to the print media market for more than 14
years. As president of Cross Media, Mr. Bradford provides strategic direction
and day-to-day oversight of sales and operations.
Mr. Bradford joined the company in 1993. His contributions have been
instrumental in growing Cross Media from five to 87 employees during the
last 14 years. Since becoming majority owner and president in 1999, he
has built a powerful leadership team and increased revenue more than
250 percent.
Mr. Bradford launched his careers as a major account executive in ROLM division IBM and
completed extensive training for IBM´s strategic solution sales. While at IBM
, he spearheaded the design and implementation of a proprietary online
service center that saved customers significant time and money.
He brought this experience to Cross Media, where he pioneered
development of an online presence for the company´ s key publishing
customers. In 1997, Mr. Bradford spearheaded the design and
implementation of a proprietary online customer service center, saving both
the company and its customers significant time and money.
Mr. Bradford has been included in the Dallas Business Journal´s 40 Under
40 issue, which recognizes rising stars who have established themselves
as leaders within their chosen professions and the local community.
Mr. Bradford graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a

Michael Tobias, chief executive officer
Michael Tobias has more than 22 years of experience as a senior corporate
executive and board member with companies across diverse industries,
including technology, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Mr. Tobias is a skilled entrepreneur with expertise in financial and
organizational restructuring, operational and process management, vendor and strategic partner negotiations, team building and leadership training.
He is a managing director with Business CPR www.cpr.net , a turnaround
management firm.
Before joining Cross Media, Mr. Tobias served as chairman, president and
chief executive officer for Tech Source Inc., a supplier of computer graphics boards. Mr. Tobias ultimately sold Tech Source to Eizo Technology in Japan.
Mr. Tobias was a co-founder of Sand Stream Communications and
Entertainment, where he served as chief operating officer. Sand Stream
was the first provider of truly converged voice, video and data over an all-IP,
all-digital, multicast single architecture aimed at fiber-to-the-home carriers.
Mr. Tobias co-developed a patent for this service during his tenure at Sand
Stream.
Mr. Tobias serves on the boards of several not-for-profit and privately held
companies in Dallas and Orlando. He has earned degrees in mathematics

Kevin Gill, vice president and general manager
Kevin Gill brings more than 20 years of printing experience to Cross Media.
As the company´ s vice president and general manager, he oversees all
manufacturing and production operations at the company´s graphic arts
facilities. Since joining Cross Media in 2003, Mr. Gill has been instrumental
in helping the firm grow by 40 percent.
Mr. Gill started his printing career in the pressroom in 1986. He quickly
moved up the ladder, earning his first supervisory role in 1993. He has
extensive experience in all aspects of printing, including pre-press, digital,
press and bindery. He also has a strong background in UV and plastic
printing, along with experience in web, screen, and Flexo printing.
Mr. Gill has completed several hours of management training, as well as
a certification in Servant Leadership and Practical Skills for Managers from

Todd Murphy |

Todd Murphy, vice president of sales and marketing services
Todd Murphy joined Cross Media in 2006, bringing the company more than
18 years of sales and marketing experience in promotional and direct
marketing. At Cross Media, Mr. Murphy has helped streamline customer´s
processes and increase efficiencies through the company´s technology
platforms and services. His expertise includes lead generation, audience
acquisition, lead tracking and promotional products.
In 1989, Mr. Murphy launched his career by founding Merge Integrated Marketing, which he grew to a multi-million dollar company. There he
developed experience working with Fortune 500 technology companies,
including major accounts with Hewlett-Packard, AT&T and Compaq.
